Vrestro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing restaurant management tools including POS, inventory, staff management, analytics, and reporting.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- No illegal or fraudulent use.
- No reverse engineering or copying.
- No system interference or misuse.
4. Fees & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Vrestro permission to process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
Integrations with payment providers or delivery platforms are subject to their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All software and branding belong to Vrestro. You may not copy or distribute without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vrestro is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
